In compliance with local and federal laws, prior to any purchase of a firearm, we require the following:
*Purchase of long guns: Buyer must be 18 and pass NICS check
*Purchase of handguns: Buyer must be 21, obtain a purchase permit from the local police and pass NICS check.
*CPL holders: No purchase permit required, must pass NICS check
*Transfers: Same rules apply as stated above + fee of $35
Please bring a valid state issued photo ID for all firearm transactions
Transfer fee: $35 (flat charge for up to 4 firearms, same day)
$10 each additional transfer, same day.
Please note, the transfer fee covers expenses of all documentation as well as the NICS background check.
